I’ve been happy with the root vegetable salad recipes from the last couple weeks. Looking at the kohlrabi, I had 2 thoughts: substitute kohlrabi into the previously successful salad recipes or substitute kohlrabi for tzatziki cucumber salad which also calls for red onion if you still have that from Week 5.
My favorite salad last week is Chioggia beets shaved/thinly sliced with a vegetable peeler/mandoline/knife, with Sumo oranges from the Greenbelt co-op (2/$5 for singles which so far this season I find tastier than the $5.99/2lb bags), ricotta, and pistachios.
I have 4 radishes of 4 different varieties. The round black one is clearly a Black Spanish radish, which in my experience is very spicy and makes excellent baked radish chips (like Terra brand chips). The purple daikon is very familiar to this season. The two that are left could just be very large table radishes, or the green one could be a daikon. Cooking will tell.
Green dandelion can be cooked like spinach greens, but is relatively extremely bitter. A quick blanch would help with that.
