Week 8 Green Savoy cabbage + Week 9 Lacinato Kale, Gold Zucchini, and green tops from the White Spring Onions. Everything else is pantry staples (mayo and spices) using my go-to coleslaw recipe.
The cabbage from last week had been chilling in my fridge, looking fresh and taking up space. Coleslaw is definitely a fridge-clearing recipe and very scalable. I could share raw cabbages with neighbors, or share fully prepared side dishes instead.

If you’re having trouble eating all the vegetables, there’s no shame in slathering it with sauce.
