This week’s contents:

  • Cilantro
  • Cubanelle Peppers
  • Green Beans
  • Green Kale
  • Red Carmen Italian Peppers
  • Red Tomatoes
  • Rosa Bianca Eggplant
  • Thumbelina Carrots

Guessing the green peppers are the Cubanelle peppers and the red peppers are the Red Carmen Italian Peppers. Fortunately they are similar, lightly sweet, non-spicy peppers so if I’m wrong, no recipes will suffer immensely from the mix up.

These teeny Thumbelina carrots look like tater tots! Tempted to turn them into cauliflower-carrot tater tots.

Trying to think of something interesting but not too interesting to do with the Rosa Bianca Eggplants. It’s a type of Italian eggplant, with a nice texture for roasting.

Today’s sweltering heat lended itself nicely to quickly cooking up green bean amandine. Looking forward to hearty soup season.
