Contents of the last box of Summer:

• Carnival Squash
• Escarole
• Green Cauliflower
• Green Kale
• Green Romaine Lettuce
• Green Savoy Cabbage
• Purple Broccoli
• Red Radishes

I’ve been really busy lately. Luckily the green Savoy cabbage and carnival squash will keep for a long time. The purple broccoli and green cauliflower are destined for some pretty basic sautés. The red radishes will likely be julienned into salads with the green romaine lettuce, the escarole, and/or the green kale. Keeping it simple this week.
